Job Description
Residency Hotel is excited to announce an opening for an experienced Mall Manager to lead our new facility in Guzape, Abuja. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in management, customer service, and sales & marketing, demonstrating a successful history in the management sector.
Qualifications:
- Up to 10 years of experience in sales and customer service management.
- At least 3-5 years of managerial experience.
- A minimum educational requirement of an HND degree.
- Accountable for mall operations, ensuring zero revenue loss and theft.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed quarterly performance targets.
