Job Description
Blvck Hair is in search of a committed and detail-oriented Sales and Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will excel in sales conversions, demonstrate strong computer proficiency, and possess a solid understanding of social media dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process online orders and effectively convert leads into sales.
- Address customer inquiries through email and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and proposing solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum of 1 year in e-commerce and marketing/sales.
- Fluency in spoken English.
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Salary: ₦150,00 per month
