Job Description
Future Moves Recruitment Agency is seeking a proactive Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our Lekki Phase 1, Lagos office in a part-time capacity. This role encompasses the management of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training for both factory and administrative personnel. The successful candidate will effectively implement HR policies while promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Address employee relations issues.
- Manage and coordinate training programs.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Monitor and conduct performance appraisals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
