Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sous Chef who is dedicated to delivering outstanding dining experiences. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef, leading and motivating the kitchen team while upholding our high culinary standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations during peak periods.
- Ensure that food quality and presentation align with our established standards.
- Train and oversee line cooks while promoting hygiene and safety practices.
- Conduct line checks and ensure inventory preparedness.
- Work in partnership with the inventory manager on special menus and events.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of culinary experience in a fine dining environment.
- Culinary Diploma is preferred.
- Exceptional multitasking and kitchen management abilities.
- Must reside in Abuja.
