Job Description
The Africa Trade Competitiveness and Market Access Programme (ATCMA) is a four-year initiative aimed at increasing intra-African trade and trade with the European Union. Funded by the EU and implemented by ITC and UNIDO, ATCMA focuses on enhancing market access for SMEs, reducing trade barriers, and promoting sustainable business practices, particularly for women- and youth-led enterprises. We are seeking a Programme Officer (Market Access) for the ECOWAS component, responsible for coordinating and implementing regional activities. Key responsibilities include providing technical expertise, managing project oversight, engaging stakeholders, and facilitating policy reforms. Candidates should possess extensive knowledge of trade-related policies, with at least seven years of relevant experience.
