Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Director who will serve as the chief executive responsible for the strategic direction, operational oversight, and financial sustainability of our financial institution. This role requires effective leadership of the executive team, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fulfilling the institution’s mission and performance targets.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership, overseeing risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and presenting accurate reports to the Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will also lead the development of new products, supervise executive management, and maintain a strong public image while fostering community relationships.
To qualify, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of ten years of experience in financial services, including five in a senior role. Professional certifications are preferred.
