Job Description
Cryptomania Exchange is currently looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will address customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.
The ideal candidate should possess at least a National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor of Science (BSc) in any field, and have 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel are essential for success in this position.
