Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Foods, a leading Quick Service Restaurant (QSR), is seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Head of Operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across multiple locations, with a focus on optimizing productivity and efficiency.
The key responsibilities of this role include maintaining effective communication with managers and vendors, developing quality assurance protocols, streamlining operational processes, managing budgets, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in operations management, at least 10 years of experience in restaurant management, and exhibit strong leadership and communication skills.
