Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and member-centered Relationship Officers to represent SavingsBox Multipurpose Cooperative Society. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring new members and nurturing existing relationships while ensuring members maximize the benefits of our financial products and services. If you are passionate about financial inclusion and have strong interpersonal skills, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and onboard new members by showcasing the benefits of joining.
- Serve as the main contact for existing members, building lasting relationships.
- Identify member needs and cross-sell relevant financial products.
- Address inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Conduct outreach to enhance member satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
