Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our fast-paced restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, upholding food quality and hygiene standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring an efficient workflow.
• Plan and delegate duties to service and production staff while ensuring compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints swiftly.
• Inspire and motivate team members to achieve high performance levels.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and control costs effectively.

Requirements:

• HND / B.Sc. in Hospitality or a related field.
