Job Description
Uncle Stan’s Foods is currently looking for a skilled HR Manager to guide our vibrant HR team. In this role, you will manage all HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to performance evaluations and employee training, while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and fostering a positive workplace atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities: Include recruiting staff, overseeing onboarding procedures, facilitating employee training, conducting performance reviews, managing investigations, and mentoring junior HR personnel.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, at least 10 years of HR experience, exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
