Job Description
Biodun Odeleye and Company is seeking a full-time Estate Surveyor to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate will manage landlord/tenant matters, administer leases, and oversee property management. Additional responsibilities include asset valuation and consultancy services related to property acquisition and disposal. Successful candidates should possess strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Surveying, or a related field. Knowledge of relevant practices and membership in professional bodies is preferred.
