Job Description

Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Job Purpose: We aim to efficiently onboard and establish institutions, merchants, and billers on our payment channels with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish institution and biller profiles on payment platforms.
- Review and approve merchant onboarding forms and agreements.
- Update fees on merchant accounts in accordance with contracts.
- Ensure correct Merchant Category Code (MCC) assignments.
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
- Provide technical assistance to merchants during the integration process.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience in a fintech environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦400,00.00 – ₦500,00.00 per month
