Job Description
Awatown is looking for a motivated Architect or Space Designer to contribute to space planning and technical documentation for an innovative modular youth facility in Abuja. The successful candidate will be responsible for converting schematic concepts into detailed layouts, developing 3D visualizations, and producing comprehensive technical drawings suitable for construction. Applicants must hold a minimum qualification of HND and possess at least 1 year of relevant experience in space planning. Expertise in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp is required.
This position demands a high level of attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the project team. Experience with modular or community-focused projects is advantageous.
