Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and approachable Front Desk & HMO Liaison to enhance our team. As the initial point of contact for our clients, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming and positive experience from their arrival.
Your key responsibilities will include warmly greeting patients, managing appointment schedules, and collaborating with Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) to ensure seamless patient care. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and prior experience in a healthcare setting. Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
