Job Summary: A distinguished hotel located in VGC is seeking a skilled Porter to enhance front desk operations and guest relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out procedures.
- Escort guests to their rooms while providing information about hotel facilities.
- Manage messages and coordinate housekeeping requests.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean and provide exemplary customer service.
Requirements: Minimum SSCE qualification; prior experience as a porter is essential; must maintain a professional appearance; candidates should reside in or near VGC, Ajah, or Lekki.
