Job Description
StriveVisory HR Consulting, a premier human resource consulting firm located in Ibadan, Nigeria, is currently in search of a committed Farm Supervisor for our client’s agricultural operation. This full-time, on-site position entails overseeing daily farm activities, managing poultry and pig farming initiatives, and leading a team to ensure the well-being of the animals while fostering a safe and efficient workplace.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership abilities
- Experience in animal health and farm management
- Familiarity with feeding systems
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Ability to excel in a farm setting
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in pig farming is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
Salary: ₦80,00.00 – ₦100,00.00 per month
