Job Description
Truck Ambassador Nigerian Limited, a reputable mechanical engineering firm located in Abuja, is actively seeking qualified candidates for the position of Workshop Supervisor. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient operation of our workshop.
Responsibilities:
- Organize and prioritize work schedules for repair and maintenance tasks.
- Oversee and direct workshop staff to ensure productivity.
- Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
- Manage and report any workplace incidents effectively.
- Obtain quotes for necessary materials and supplies.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews of completed work.
- Ensure proper storage and inventory management of workshop tools.
Qualifications:
- OND or SSCE with 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proven supervisory experience in a workshop setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
