Job Description
Grisle and Bay Recruitment is seeking an experienced Regional Manager for our Forex brokerage operations in the Northern Region. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Forex brokerage or sales, demonstrating exceptional leadership and a proven track record in business development.
Your primary responsibilities will include implementing regional sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, fostering client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and conducting market analysis. Strong communication skills and an understanding of Forex markets are essential.
