Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Modern Sales Trade Manager, based in Lagos. The Modern Sales Trade Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations, developing sales strategies, and executing trade marketing plans. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with sales teams, analyzing market trends, developing promotional activities, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, trade marketing, and business development
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales forecasting, and financial planning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales software tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
