Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Administrator to join our team at Zael Business Management & Consulting. The ideal candidate will welcome and direct patients and visitors, manage patient registration and appointment scheduling, handle phone inquiries, and maintain an organized reception area. Responsibilities include collecting payments, issuing receipts, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Requirements: OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; previous experience in a hospital or customer service; excellent communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to manage confidential information professionally.
