Job Description/Requirements
Overall Purpose:
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day sales administrative and operational functions of the business.
Principal Accountabilities
- Provide effective and inspiring leadership by supervising the operations.
- Responsible for strategic business planning and corporate strategy to ensure objectives are being achieved.
- Drawing up of annual business plan and budgets in line with the company’s corporate plan and Objectives.
- Design and implement systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control and judicious use and application of funds to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization;
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of sales administrative and operational functions of the business.
- Responsible for allocating funds and resources and monitoring the management of working capital.
- Determine and identify all current and future financial requirements of the company to ensure that it can meet all its operational requirements and expansion plans;
- Responsible for end-to-end strategizing and execution of supply chain, effective management of imports/customers clearance;
- Supervise of imports, inbound logistics, documentations, interaction with freight forwarders, overseas supplies , coordination with transporters for on time deliveries to customers and depots;
- Leading production planning/scheduling taking into consideration short and long term products requirements.
- Ensuring proper quality management plan is in place. The sales architecture
- Relationship building with government agencies, vendors, suppliers, other competitors and providing regular feedback to management.
- Interacting and building relationship with local and overseas banks, local and overseas suppliers of raw materials and items of production, buyers and government functionaries;
- Monitoring of revenues, end to end margins, expenditures and receivables;
- Design and implement all export strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within required timeframe.
- Coordinate with management and plan participation in all trade shows and ensure all activities according to customer specifications
- Monitor all existing and prospective markets, and identify appropriate business opportunities and review all company products and develop and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients.
Financial management
- Administer and manage annual budgets for capital and operating expenses in support of corporate objectives and operates within budget.
- Analyses statistical data and makes decisions based on that information.
- Remove sales constraints to improve efficiencies and enhance revenue.
- Design and implement systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control and judicious use and application of funds to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization;
- Oversee operations, logistics and maintain financial discipline.
Administrative management
- Encourage and promote operations in a continuous improvement environment
- Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct production employees to attain all established goals
- Ensuring compliance to all group systems, guidelines & policies.
Any other duties assigned.

Qualifications / Experiences
