Job Description
Join LUCKY FIBRE as an Area Sales Manager to enhance our sales growth and brand visibility. You will lead a team of sales representatives, build strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with our company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute area sales plans to meet targets.
- Onboard new distributors and retail partners.
- Support and monitor sales representative performance.
- Conduct regular market visits for assessments.
- Provide training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- 4–6 years in FMCG or beauty sales, with 2 years in management.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
