Job Description
One of our esteemed clients in the construction industry is looking to hire a dedicated Customer Support professional to enhance client relations. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing client inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Your tasks will include providing accurate information on services and products, ensuring client satisfaction through timely follow-ups, and upholding the company’s customer service standards. Additionally, you will be required to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments as needed.
Requirements: Candidates must possess an OND in a relevant field, have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, and exhibit a customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills. Knowledge of the Real Estate sector is essential for this position.
