Job Description
Lifted Horizon Nigeria Limited is currently in search of a committed and professional Call Centre Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing detailed information about our products and services to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer calls.
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls for feedback or sales purposes.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SSCE / OND; HND or BSc is preferred.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in customer service or call centre environments is highly desirable.
