Eartco Logistics is a rapidly expanding delivery service committed to providing reliable and cost-effective bike delivery solutions throughout Lagos. We are currently looking for a friendly and organized Customer Support / Sales Assistant to oversee client interactions and bolster our sales efforts.
Job Summary:
As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for managing delivery orders, scheduling pickups, and addressing customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
