Job Description
FlexiQuest Logistics Limited is on the lookout for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Service & Support Officer to join our team in Ibadan, Oyo State. This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from NGN 75,00 to 150,00, along with a commission structure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally manage customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Investigate and effectively resolve customer complaints.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products and services.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure satisfactory resolutions.
Qualifications:
