Job Description
Food Concepts Plc is seeking an experienced Assistant Production Supervisor to join our team in Ilupeju, Lagos. The chosen candidate will play a vital role in overseeing workflow processes on the production floor, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Directing production staff to maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Monitoring workflow and adjusting processing variables as needed.
- Fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conducting safety inspections of the workspace and equipment.
- Facilitating staff training and professional development.
