Job Description
Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of Zain Garment Factory. This position involves managing order tracking, engaging with customers, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities: – Accurately record incoming orders and customer details.
– Maintain an effective order tracking system.
– Provide communication support to customers.
– Collaborate with the Production Manager and Sales Lead.
– Prepare invoices and send payment reminders.
– Organize and manage files and documents.
– Assist with scheduling and additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications: Previous administrative experience is preferred, along with strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency.
