Job Description
WhiteSpace Integrated Services Limited is seeking to employ an Admin Officer to manage the office area and provide crucial administrative support for efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Greeting visitors professionally.
- Handling incoming phone calls and mail.
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and inventory management.
- Attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: N150,00 – N220,00 monthly.
