Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers via chat platforms and WhatsApp.
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting suitable products.
- Resolving complaints and delivering effective solutions.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce sales.
