Job Description
Pennywise Microfinance Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to enhance our team. In this pivotal role, you will identify growth opportunities, forge strategic partnerships, and drive revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, along with 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales. Strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills are critical for success. Your key responsibilities will include devising business strategies, networking, conducting market research, and nurturing client relationships.
This is a full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from ₦300,00.00 to ₦350,00.00.
