Job Description
HIGHBRIDGE HOMES LIMITED is actively recruiting a dedicated Human Resources Administrator. In this essential role, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, providing administrative support during recruitment, overseeing the onboarding process, and coordinating training programs. Your efforts will ensure the accuracy of the HR database and assist with benefits administration in alignment with labor laws.
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, alongside a minimum of 2 years of HR or administrative experience. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office are essential.
This is a full-time position located in Lagos, offering a competitive monthly salary of ₦150,00.00.
