Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recruiting Officer to lead our efforts in sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for our loan company’s operational and strategic needs. This role aligns recruitment processes with our organizational goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- At least one year of recruitment experience, preferably in the financial services or loan industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
