Job Description
H&C Outsourcing Limited is currently seeking a highly organized and responsible Assistant Facility Manager to support our daily operations, maintenance, and safety protocols. In this role, you will assist the Facility Manager in ensuring that our workplace is functional, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing maintenance, cleaning, and security staff
- Monitoring building repairs and preventive maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Managing vendor performance
- Assisting in budget management for facility operations
