Job Description
The Ekiti Agro-Allied International Cargo Airport is looking for a dedicated Human Resources / Admin Officer to enrich our team in Ekiti State, Nigeria. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing employee training and development as we gear up for both cargo and passenger services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective employee training programs.
- Assess training needs by collaborating with department leaders and conducting employee interviews.
- Deliver comprehensive information about employee benefits and available programs.
Qualifications: A B.Sc. degree in Social Sciences is required; certification from CIPM is an advantage. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience post-qualification is mandatory.
Skills: Strong leadership, confidentiality, teamwork, time management, and conflict resolution.
