Job Description
Philban Consulting Ltd is on the lookout for a committed and experienced Sales Operations Manager to manage daily hotel operations while maintaining exceptional standards of service and quality. Key responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments, monitoring inventory levels, developing effective sales strategies, and fostering strong relationships with clients.
Qualified candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in hotel operations and sales, ideally in a managerial capacity. Exceptional leadership, communication, and multitasking skills are vital for this role.
This position offers a Monday to Friday work schedule and a competitive salary ranging from ₦200,00.00 to ₦300,00.00 per month.
