Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing or closely related fields, including at least 5 years within the insurance industry
- Certification from ICAN or CIIA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication skills for relaying audit findings to non-audit stakeholders
