Job Description
Little Miss Ng is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Social Media Associate to join our team. In this role, you will engage with customers through social media platforms, curate daily content, and develop a monthly social media calendar. You will also manage inventory, package orders, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum Secondary School Certificate.
- Residency near Gudu/Durumi/Apo is preferred.
- Availability 5 days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM (including alternating Saturdays).
- A passion for fashion is essential.
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Experience with Canva, Inshot, and Capcut is a plus.
Location: Gudu (Opposite Prince and Princess)
