Job Description
The Concept Group is currently looking for a driven Commission Sales Associate to join our dynamic team in Lagos on a full-time hybrid basis. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving your sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying potential leads, showcasing our diverse range of products, negotiating sales agreements, and meticulously maintaining records of all sales activities.
Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, as well as proficiency in CRM software. Previous experience in sales or financial services is highly preferred.
