Job Description
BlueSteel Solutions is actively seeking a committed and result-driven Project Manager to lead the implementation of our outreach programs in Lagos. The successful candidate will ensure that all teams function effectively, achieve set goals, and advance our mission within the NGO, NPO, and charity sectors.
Required Skills: Strong leadership, project coordination, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and assess outreach programs; facilitate team communication; provide leadership and support; and maintain program documentation while reporting progress to management.
Qualifications: A degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience, along with strong character traits, maturity, and expertise in project management are essential.
