Job Description
Wendernek Consulting Limited, a leading human resource outsourcing management solutions provider in Nigeria, is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join our team in Ikoyi, Lagos. The position is full-time and requires a proactive individual to coordinate recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Develop competitive salary structures and manage employee attendance.
- Design and implement training programs.
- Handle employee complaints and maintain company culture.
Qualifications: Degree in HR Management, 3-5 years of HR experience, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: N200,00 – N300,00 monthly, based on experience.
