Job Description
Join Industrial Catering Services as a Camp Boss, where you will be responsible for daily meal planning, preparation, and service for a workforce of 50-300 personnel. You will lead a dedicated team of 15-20 staff, including cooks, stewards, laundry, and housekeeping personnel. This role involves conducting training sessions focused on safety, hygiene, and service excellence, while ensuring compliance with HACCP and ISO 2200 standards.
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in camp or catering management, specifically in remote oil and gas environments, and possess an HND in a related field. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
