Job Description
We are seeking an experienced educational leader for a full-time school leadership role. Candidates must possess a relevant first degree, along with either a Master’s Degree in Education or a PhD in a related field. Professional teaching credentials and administrative qualifications are essential. A minimum of 7 years of leadership experience in an educational setting, preferably in an international school, is required. Additionally, candidates must hold qualified teacher status registered with TRCN.
The primary responsibilities include supporting the Principal in ensuring high standards of teaching and learning, formulating and implementing strategic objectives, monitoring progress toward improvement goals, and effectively managing staff and resources.
