Job Description
Toyin Olatunbosun and Partners is currently seeking skilled Male and Female Estate Surveyors who have a robust background in property management and valuation. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and demonstrate strong communication and organizational abilities. Applicants must possess a minimum of an HND qualification along with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities include conducting property valuations, managing a range of properties, preparing comprehensive reports, liaising with clients, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. A B.Sc or HND in Estate Management is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
