Job Description
Renda Limited is looking for a dedicated Customer Account Manager (CAM) to enhance customer relationships, ensure timely service delivery, and achieve financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee loan disbursement and ensure compliance with KYC regulations.
- Promote and sell Value-Added Services (VAS).
- Collect daily loan repayments while minimizing default risks.
- Maximize revenue from existing client accounts.
Qualifications:
- SSCE certificate required.
- 1–2 years of experience in account management.
- Strong understanding of loan processes.
Benefits: Monthly salary of N40,00 plus a performance-based commission.
