Job Description
Ganfeng Lithium Industry Limited is in search of a dependable and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to provide essential support to our Purchase Officer in daily operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer administrative support to the Purchase Officer.
- Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and inventory reports.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding order confirmations and deliveries.
- Maintain organized records of procurement activities.
- Schedule meetings and document minutes.
- Manage communications related to purchases.
Requirements:
- A minimum of HND/BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Salary: N150,00 – N200,00 Monthly.
