Job Description
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead our sophisticated yet inviting hotel bar and lounge. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in crafting both cocktails and mocktails, as well as a comprehensive understanding of drink recipes, presentation techniques, and flavor profiles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor staff to ensure outstanding drink service and customer engagement.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar environment while managing inventory effectively.
- Innovatively create a diverse selection of cocktails and mocktails.
Compensation: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance, ranging from ₦50,00.00 to ₦100,00.00 per month.
