Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries via phone and email. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate guest records and assisting in the resolution of guest complaints, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a positive experience.
