As the initial point of contact for guests at Paradise Haven Hotel, the Receptionist is essential in delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, efficiently managing the check-in and check-out processes, and addressing inquiries via phone and email. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate guest records and assisting in the resolution of guest complaints, ensuring that every visitor leaves with a positive experience.
We are looking for candidates with outstanding communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Familiarity with booking systems and a keen attention to detail are critical for this role.
