Job Description
TalentFlow Consulting, a dynamic leader in the healthcare and emergency response sectors, is on the lookout for a proactive Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will possess keen attention to detail, exhibit strong organizational skills, and demonstrate proficiency in managing complex schedules and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with calendar management and travel logistics.
- Prepare and review various documents on behalf of the CEO.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and task management software.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₦200,00.00 – ₦250,00.00/month
